Pricing

Three plans, all with the same core workflow. What changes between them is volume — how many campaigns you can run at once, and how many comments and replies a month you need. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Only comments containing your request word count as matched — everything else is ignored. ReplyTide can record up to 50 matching comments and post up to 25 replies in each rolling 30-day period. What the limits actually mean

The numbers on the cards are easy to misread, so here is what each one counts.

Active campaigns is how many keyword campaigns can run at the same time. Paused and draft campaigns do not count against it, so you can keep a library of campaigns and switch between them.

Matched comments counts a comment once, when it contains a keyword you announced. Comments that do not match are not counted, and reading comments to check them costs you nothing. This is the limit most people should size on.

Posted replies is counted separately, because matching and replying are separate steps. A campaign in draft mode matches comments and queues replies for your approval without posting any of them, so its matched-comment count rises while its posted-reply count does not.

Leads are viewers who filled in the delivery form to receive a resource by email. Note the shape of the Base plan here: its 50 leads are a lifetime total, not a monthly allowance. Creator and Pro reset monthly.

ReplyTide billing settings showing the Creator plan with its limits listed — 15 active campaigns, 500 matched comments per 30 days, 500 posted replies, 2,500 leads per month — the current billing period end date, and a sidebar counter reading 8 of 500 comments and 9 of 2,500 leads used.
The limits are visible as live counters while you use the product, not only at checkout. Sample data shown.

How the trial and billing work

Every plan starts with 7 days free, and a payment method is required to begin. Eligible new customers pay nothing for those 7 days; when they end, Stripe charges the plan price automatically and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancelling before the seventh day means no charge at all.

To cancel, open the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is cut off early. No cancellation fee, no minimum term. The terms also cover a refund of your first subscription payment if you email support within 14 calendar days of it. Billing is per YouTube channel, so a second channel is a second subscription.

Three things are free and need no account. The comment exporter, the giveaway winner picker, and comment search all run without a plan or a signup. They are separate jobs from campaign automation, and you do not need a subscription for any of them.

Which plan fits

Base suits one channel testing whether requested replies are worth automating at all. Three campaigns and 50 matched comments a month is enough to run a real keyword on a real video and see what comes back. The lifetime lead cap is the thing to watch: it is a trial-shaped limit, not a steady-state one.

Creator is the plan most working channels land on. 500 matched comments and 500 posted replies a month covers a regular upload schedule with a keyword running on several videos, and lead delivery integrations mean the addresses can flow into whatever you already use.

Pro is for volume: 50 campaigns, 5,000 matched comments, and 10,000 leads a month, plus priority support. If you are running keywords across a back catalogue rather than on new uploads, this is the tier where that stops being constrained.

Common questions

How much does ReplyTide cost?

Three plans: Base at $9 USD a month, Creator at $19, and Pro at $49. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and all three include the same core workflow — keyword-triggered replies from your own account, public resource pages, and delivery-email capture. The plans differ in volume, not in features, apart from lead delivery integrations and priority support on the higher tiers.

Is there a free plan?

No, there is no permanently free tier for the campaign product. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method, and Stripe charges the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Three tools are genuinely free and need no account at all: the comment exporter, the giveaway picker, and comment search.

What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Stripe charges the plan price automatically and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You add a card at signup, so nothing extra is needed for the plan to start. Cancelling before the seventh day means you are not charged at all.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You open the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard and cancel there, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until then. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Separately, the terms grant a refund of the first subscription payment if you email support@replytide.co within 14 calendar days of it.

What counts as a matched comment?

One comment containing a keyword you announced, counted once when ReplyTide matches it. Comments that do not contain your keywords are not counted, and reading comments to check them does not consume your allowance. The matched-comment and posted-reply limits are separate: a campaign in draft mode matches comments without posting replies.

Do I need my own YouTube API key?

No. Campaign quota is charged to ReplyTide's Google Cloud project, not to your channel, because channels do not have their own YouTube Data API quota. You authorise your channel with standard Google OAuth and can revoke that access from your Google account at any time.
