Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
ReplyTide is a product operated by Radhe Software Solutions ("we", "us"). By accessing or using ReplyTide (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Service availability: Once paid checkout is enabled, we intend to accept customers worldwide without an operator-selected country block. Availability remains subject to applicable law, sanctions, payment-provider coverage, tax readiness, and our ability to support the transaction. Localized outreach and support may initially focus on particular regions.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account; we never see your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ReplyTide account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us immediately at support@replytide.co if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services to read comments on your channel and post the replies you configure, from your own account, with your authorization.
- You are also bound by YouTube's terms. By using ReplyTide you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Revocation: you can disconnect ReplyTide at any time via your Google security settings or by deleting your account, which revokes our access.
- Platform risk: YouTube may change or restrict its API, or take action against accounts that violate its policies. We build for compliance, but we do not control YouTube and are not liable for actions YouTube takes against your channel arising from your campaign configurations.
4. Your responsibilities for campaign content
Your campaigns post public replies from your account. That makes their content your responsibility. You agree that you will:
- Do not trade resources for engagement. You may not condition a file, link, discount, entry, or other benefit on a comment, like, subscription, share, self-attestation, or other YouTube engagement. A campaign resource page must remain independently available from the relevant video description or pinned comment.
- Do not spam. No repetitive, deceptive, unsolicited, or promotional-abuse replies; no public follow-up nags; and no campaigns that violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or spam policies. Automated replies must answer a clear, contextual viewer request using the exact scope and reply you authorized.
- Comply with bot-disclosure laws. Some jurisdictions (for example, California's B.O.T. Act) require disclosing that a message was sent by automation when it's used to drive a commercial transaction. Where such laws apply to your campaigns, complying with them is your responsibility; we recommend reply templates that are transparent about automated delivery.
- Use delivery contacts lawfully. Personal data does not “belong” to anyone. An address submitted on a resource page is authorized only for the requested delivery. You may not add it to newsletters, promotions, audience matching, or other marketing without a separate, specific, recorded consent and a working unsubscribe process.
- Own or have rights to what you distribute. Files and links you deliver through campaigns must not infringe copyright or other rights, and must not contain malware or illegal content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; use it to harass, defraud, or deceive; attempt to access other users' data; run comment-to-unlock, subscribe-to-unlock, self-verification, fake-engagement, sub4sub, duplicate-reply, or unsolicited mass-reply schemes; misuse delivery addresses for marketing; or resell access without our written agreement.
6. Plans & billing
Base includes a 7-day free trial, then costs USD $9 per month, and includes 3 active campaigns, 50 matched comments / 30 days, 25 posted replies / 30 days, and 50 lifetime leads. Creator includes a 7-day free trial, then costs USD $19 per month, and includes 15 active campaigns, 500 matched comments / 30 days, 500 posted replies / 30 days, and 2,500 leads / month. Pro includes a 7-day free trial, then costs USD $49 per month, and includes 50 active campaigns, 5,000 matched comments / 30 days, 2,500 posted replies / 30 days, and 10,000 leads / month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new customers, then renews automatically at the plan's monthly price unless cancelled before the trial ends. One trial per account. A payment method is required at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the plan's monthly price and the subscription renews monthly. Current file and integration limits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe securely processes checkout and provides the customer portal for invoices, payment-method updates, plan changes, and cancellation. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the portal states otherwise. An account-deletion request removes ReplyTide application data and queues Stripe cancellation with automatic retries; check the deletion status or contact support if processor cleanup remains pending. For an initial paid subscription purchase, we refund the first subscription payment when the account holder submits a request to support@replytide.co within 14 calendar days of that payment. Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, and legal violations may be handled separately. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable local law. Tax treatment and any tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive display will be finalized before paid checkout is enabled.
Prices, limits, and features may change with advance notice. Changes do not authorize us to charge a different amount without the notices and consent required by applicable law.
7. Your content and data
You retain rights in your campaign content and uploaded files. Personal data remains subject to the rights of the person it describes. You grant us only the license needed to operate the Service (store your files, post the replies you specifically authorize, deliver requested resources, and display account data back to you). You can export your data or permanently delete your account — including stored campaign data and our Google access — from the dashboard.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or security risk — with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that YouTube's API will remain available or unchanged, or any particular outcome (leads, subscribers, engagement) from using the Service. ReplyTide is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your campaign content, your use of captured lead data, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law (including YouTube's terms and bot-disclosure or email-marketing laws).
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory non-waivable statutory consumer protection rights or local venue rules under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll notify active users by email or in-dashboard notice before they take effect. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
